Продукти харчування (філе куряче; м'якоть без кістки свинна; м'якоть без кістки теляча; стегно куряче).
Доставка здійснюється в обсягах, зазначених у заявці замовника, в залежності від фактичної потреби, але не рідше одного разу на тиждень, за адресами місця розташування. Партіями в залежності від потреби з моменту одержання Постачальником заявки Замовника будь-яким способом безпосередньо на адресу навчального закладу впродовж дії договору спеціалізованим транспортом Постачальника та за його рахунок. На момент поставки термін придатності до споживання товару повинен складати не менше, ніж 90% до загального терміну придатності до споживання. Кожна партія повинна супроводжуватися документом, який засвідчує якість товару встановленого законодавством зразка відповідно до специфіки товару.
Філе куряче без шкіри та кісток охолоджене, продукт має відповідати вимогам ДСТУ. М’ясна тканина щільна, пружна, без згустків крові, забруднень, сторонніх речовин, без залишків пера, пуха, пеньків і колосовидного пір’я ,без подряпин, розривів, плям, синців, без холодильних опіків та льодової глазурі.
М'ясо свинини має відповідати вимогам ДСТУ, охолоджене без кістки, без великої кількості жиру, м'ясо пружне, при натискуванні швидко приймає первинну форму. Не допускаються дрібні шматки та обрізки. Запах: свіжий без сторонніх запахів.
М'якоть без кістки яловича повинно відповідати ДСТУ. Охолоджене, м’якуш не жирний, без кістки, без сторонніх запахів, ослизнювання. Поверхня м’яса рівна, необвітрена, м’ясо зачищене від сухожиль. Наявність хрящів і дрібних кісточок не допускається. Колір і запах характерні для доброякісного м’яса.
Стегно куряче повинно відповідати ДСТУ, вимогам діючого санітарного законодавства України, нормам харчування. М'ясо без стороннього запаху, охолоджене, не повинно бути згустків крові, забруднень. Колір відповідає м’ясу даного виду.
