TARIFFS (valid until June 7, 2026)
For submitting a tender proposal and/or procurement proposal that has been disclosed by the electronic procurement system through electronic services with automatic information exchange (online services), access to which is provided via the Internet, and for the use of such electronic services, the operator of an authorized/pre-authorized electronic marketplace charges the participant a fee in the following amount:
1) one non-taxable minimum income of citizens — if the procurement value does not exceed UAH 20,000;
2) seven non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens — if the procurement value does not exceed UAH 50,000;
3) twenty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens — if the procurement value does not exceed UAH 200,000;
4) thirty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens — if the procurement value does not exceed UAH 1,000,000;
5) one hundred non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens — if the procurement value exceeds UAH 1,000,000;
6) two hundred non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens — if the procurement value exceeds UAH 4,000,000.
The fee specified above includes all applicable taxes and charges required by law, is identical for all authorized/pre-authorized electronic marketplace operators, and may not be independently determined by such operators. VAT is not included.
For providing the Participant with access to the Electronic Marketplace online services, including access to the Prozorro Market electronic catalog, submission of price offers, and other related services resulting in the conclusion of a procurement contract and publication of a contract award report in the electronic procurement system, the Electronic Marketplace Operator is entitled to the following remuneration:
1) 3% of the procurement contract amount if the procurement value does not exceed UAH 50,000;
2) 2% of the procurement contract amount if the procurement value does not exceed UAH 200,000;
3) 1% of the procurement contract amount if the procurement value exceeds UAH 200,000.
VAT excluded.
NEW PROZORRO TARIFFS
Fee amount according to Resolution No. 166 — based on the initial bid amount (including all applicable taxes and charges).
NEW PROZORRO MARKET TARIFFS
Fee amount according to Resolution No. 822 — based on the initial bid amount (including all applicable taxes and charges, excluding VAT).
