Електрична енергія (ДК 021:2015: 09310000-5 Електрична енергія)
Електрична енергія (з розподілом) (ДК 021:2015: 09310000-5 Електрична енергія) як товар з оплатою за послугу з розподілу через постачальника. Закупівля здійснюється для потреб закладу на очікувану вартість, відповідно до Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, затверджених Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 (зі змінами). Закупівля проводиться відповідно до потреби замовника у 2026 році на період з 01.01.2026 року по 31.12.2026 року включно. Відповідно після укладення договору про закупівлю обсяги закупівлі можуть бути змінені з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника. З урахуванням обсягу фінансування видатків замовника до розгляду не приймається тендерна пропозиція, ціна якої є вищою ніж очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі, визначена замовником в оголошенні про проведення цих відкритих торгів. Вид закупівлі - процедура закупівлі (відкриті торги, з урахуванням Особливостей). Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою
