Згідно умов цієї процедури закупівлі тендерною документацією вважається сукупність інформації у вигляді заповнених електронних полів в розділі "Тендерна документація" та прикріпленого текстового документу, що містить всю іншу інформацію, передбачену згідно ст. 22 Закону. Інформація про відсутність підстави для відмови в участі у процедурі закупівлі згідно з п.47 Особливостей. З урахуванням обсягу фінансування видатків замовника до розгляду не приймається тендерна пропозиція, ціна якої є вищою ніж очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі, визначена замовником в оголошенні про проведення цих відкритих торгів. Закупівля оголошена відповідно постанови КМУ №1178 від 12.10.2022р. Мова, якою повинні готуватись тендерні пропозиції : українська мова. Місцезнаходження – Україна, 11700, Житомирська обл., місто Звягель, вул. Волі, будинок 39. Категорія замовника – пункт 3 частина 4 стаття 2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» - підприємства, установи, організації, зазначені у пункті 3 частини першої цієї статті.
