«ДК 021:2015: 15540000-5 - Сирні продукти» (Сир кисломолочний 9%, для харчування дітей від 2-х років, фасування 250г, Сир твердий 50%, ДСТУ 6003/ДСТУ 4421)
Строк поставки Товару: з моменту підписання договору про закупівлю сторонами до 31.12.2026 року включно. Місце постачання товару: 03148, місто Київ, навчальні заклади підпорядковані Управлінню освіти Святошинської районної в місті Києві державної адміністрації згідно з Додатком №2 проєкту Договору. Послуги, які обов’язково надає Учасник та включає в ціну товару: Здійснювати поставку товару своїм транспортним засобом у кожен заклад, зазначений у проєкті Договору, здійснення вантажно-розвантажувальних послуг при поставці товару та занос товару в приміщення за адресою кожного навчального закладу, поставка товару здійснюється окремими партіями від фактичної потреби згідно з заявкою (замовленням) навчальних закладів Замовника 1-2 рази на тиждень. Продукція повинна постачатися спеціальним автотранспортом, що призначений та обладнаний для перевезення продуктів харчування з дотримання санітарних вимог, в тому числі щодо сумісності продуктів харчування. Приймання Товару за кількістю і якістю здійснюється у присутності представника навчального закладу. Обсяг кожної партії визначається Замовником у залежності від фактичної потреби
