Потреба 2026 р. Строк придатності товару (ів) на момент поставки має становить не менше 80% від загального. Товар поставляється окремими партіями за адресами закладів, підпорядкованих Замовнику (селище Чорнухи, вул. Центральна, 49; с.Вороньки, вул. Перелета, 1; с. Гільці, вул. Шкільна, 1; с. Кізлівка, провулок Шкільний, 2; с. Мокіївка, вул. Центральна, б. 7а; селище Чорнухи, вул. Мележика, 10; с.Кізлівка, вул. Центральна, 77; с. Харсіки, пров.Мирний, 12; с. Гільці, вул. Молодіжна, 9), протягом загального строку поставки (протягом 2026 року) не рідше одного разу на тиждень (у вівторок з 8:00 години до 12:00 години) в кількості за заявками Замовника (представників закладів). Дні та години поставки товару можуть змінюватися Замовником враховуючи потреби закладу. Заявка на кількість та асортимент Товару передається Замовником та приймається Постачальником у будь-якій зрозумілій Сторонами формі (телефоном, листом, електронною поштою, т.ін.) із повідомленням ПІБ особи, яка передала та отримала замовлення.
