ОБОВ'ЯЗКОВА НАЯВНІСТЬ: Мережа АЗС по усій території України (у кожній області України).
Мережа АЗС у м.Одеса та області (не менше 10 АЗС).
Перед підписанням договору, постачальник надає оригінал Листа-гарантії від відповідного субʼєкта господарювання (партнера), що безпосередньо здійснює відпуск (заправку автотранспорту) палива через мережу АЗС, з гарантією цілодобового та безперебійного здійснення заправлення автотранспорту Замовника протягом всього періоду поставки товару на АЗС, через які Учасником пропонується відпуск палива та гарантією, що у випадку, якщо під час заправки транспортного засобу скретч-картки (талони) були отоварені не в повному обсязі з будь-яких причин, залишок пального по таким частково отовареним скретч-карткам (талонам) можна буде дозаправити на будь-якій АЗС, що були надані у складі пропозиції Учасника, протягом не менш ніж 3 доби з моменту такого випадку. На лист повинно бути накладено УЕП/КЕП уповноваженої особи, що підписала цей лист. На електронну пошту замовника: athgik@ukr.net
