Учасник запиту ціни пропозицій повинен врахувати наступні вимоги до формування ціни. Розрахунок ціни пропозиції повинен здійснюватися наступним чином: P = Ni * (Црдн + Тпер +Тр Тпост)*1,2; де:
Р – ціна пропозиції, у гривні (UAH).
Ni – обсяг закупівлі (кількість), кВт*год.
Црдн – середньозважена ціна на ринку «на добу наперед» за повний, останній календарний місяць, відображена на сайті ДП “Оператор ринку” www.oree.com.ua на момент кінцевого терміну подання пропозицій.
«Тпер» – тариф на передачу електричної енергії встановлюється постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» від 19.12.2024 № 2200. «Тпер» є регульованою складовою ціни Договору.
«Тр» - тариф на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії, затверджений НКРЕКП від 19.12.2024 № 2209. «Тр» є регульованою складовою ціни Договору;
«Тпост» – тариф на послуги постачальника. Вартість послуг постачальника є величиною незмінною протягом усього строку дії Договору, може бути величиною від’ємною.
«1,2» - математичне вираження ставки податку на додану вартість (ПДВ – 20%), яке нараховується згідно Податкового кодексу України.
Розрахунок «Тпост» для укладення Договору відбуватиметься наступним чином: Тпост = P/1,2/ Ni – Тпер –Тр- Црдн Розрахунок ціни пропозиції повинен бути проведений Учасником згідно запропонованої формули. Будь-які зміни та застосування інших складових у розрахунку будуть розцінюватися як відмова Учасника від укладення договору на умовах, визначених замовником у запиті ціни пропозицій (згідно підпункту 2 пункту 64 Постанови №822 «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу» від 14.09.2020 року зі змінами).
