Reasons to cancel announcement: у Замовника виникла необхідність внести зміни у вимоги що стосуються забезпечення тендерної пропозиції, інформація про забезпечення тендерної пропозиції міститься в оголошенні про проведення процедури відкриті торги. Проте ні Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», ні Особливостями не передбачено внесення змін до оголошення про проведення відкритих торгів.
