Reasons of cancellation: The impossibility of eliminating detected violations of the law in the field of public procurement
Reasons to cancel announcement: Підчас оприлюднення договору про закупівлю без використання електронної системи, відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», мною – уповноваженою особою з питань проведення публічних закупівель – Яковець К.В., на електронному майданчику DZO, ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2025-12-21-000661-a, було допущено помилку при внесенні відомостей в Плані закупівель, де було невірно заповнено графу «Очікувана вартість», а саме: замість суми 163 грн 00 коп помилково було зазначено суму 118 грн 00 коп.
