Reasons to cancel announcement: У зв'язку з неможливістю усунення виявлених порушень законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, а саме: невідповідність новим нормам ДБН В.2.6-31:2021 «Теплова ізоляція та енергоефективність будівель».
